Key documents that they are expected to own and develop are BIM standards, methods and procedures, content libraries and QA/QC procedures. The BIM Manager will also be producing BIM tender documents supporting Project Managers with the implementation of digital technologies in multi-disciplinary projects. You will provide engineering design expertise to a range of international projects, mainly based in Morocco and Italy. With your Revit modelling, drafting capability, Navisworks skills and BIM knowledge, you will work alongside highly technical project teams to create and manage drafting resources, coordinate project delivery and take ownership of projects to ensure that the design coordination meets specifications and deliverables. About you For this role, you will need the following skills and experience: Diploma in Architectural, mechanical or electrical engineering or relevant industry experience AT least three years experience as REVIT Modeller Full conversant in Revit modelling of Building Services Proficient in REVIT/BIM models and Navisworks Strong technical competency and analytical capability Proven knowledge in building services engineering documentation A demonstrated innovative approach to project design and project management.
