MISIÓN Su función será la de apoyo en la gestión integral del punto de venta al Store Manager. FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES - La apertura y cierre de la tienda, y el mantenimiento de esta - La gestión del equipo a su cargo. Selección y formación. Motivación y gestión de la plantilla. Planificación de horarios - La atención al cliente. Satisfacer sus necesidades. - El Análisis de ventas, con sus respectivos indicadores REQUISITOS Eres la persona que buscamos si tienes: - mínimo 1 año de experiencia como Director o Adjunto en una firma de moda - Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organizativas -Nivel alto de uno de los siguientes idiomas: inglés, alemán, francés o italiano

MISSION We're looking for a sales assistant for our store in Festival Park MAIN TASKS - Serving customers - Selling and building customer loyalty - Taking care of all tasks related to the management of product at the store: alarm-tagging, folding, ironing, etc. - Handling alterations, returns, reserves and orders - Ensuring that products are constantly replenished and arranged so they are laid out correctly - Participating in the store's inventories REQUIREMENTS You're the one we're looking for if: - Minimum qualification: High school (A Levels) - Minimum experience: 1 year - Customer orientation - Ability to work as part of a team - Energetic and friendly attitude - Initiative - Sensitivity and taste in terms of fashion -High level of English
